Hey there!

Beyond the credentials placed after my name, I am a wife and a mother. I created The Holistic Way sleep coaching method out of love for babies and families just like mine.

Becoming a mother changed my world in a way I could not imagine was possible. While it is the best thing I ever experienced, I remember those days filled with anxiety and sleep deprivation. 
With over 10 years of experience supporting families, I will help you and your family reach your sleep and breastfeeding goals in a way that makes sense for you. There is no one-size-fits-all sleep solution because all families and children are unique.
