Beyond the credentials placed after my name, I am a wife and a mother. I created The Holistic Way sleep coaching method out of love for babies and families just like mine.
Becoming a mother changed my world in a way I could not imagine was possible. While it is the best thing I ever experienced, I remember those days filled with anxiety and sleep deprivation.
